About Us
Happy Valley Animals In Need (HVAIN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all animals in and around Centre County. Our goal is to provide comfort and care to any animal that needs our help. We work with owners who need a helping hand and good Samaritans who want to reach out to an animal in need. We network with other agencies and advocates so we can share the information, resources and tools that make happy endings possible. We believe that all animals deserve loving families and secure homes and we are dedicated to increasing community awareness of all of the options that are available.

Our hope is that by working together, one animal at a time, we can reduce the number of animals that are abandoned or surrendered and that no animal within our reach will go without the support it needs to live a full and happy life.
